@ 1543 Which of the favors of Allah will you dispute? 53:43-62
53:43 that it is He who causes to laugh and causes to weep.
# وَأَنَّهُ هُوَ أَضْحَكَ وَأَبْكَى 43
53:44 and that it is He who causes to die, and causes to live
# وَأَنَّهُ هُوَ أَمَاتَ وَأَحْيَا 44
53:45 and that it is He who created pairs, the male and the female,
# وَأَنَّهُ خَلَقَ الزَّوْجَيْنِ الذَّكَرَ وَالأُنثَى 45
53:46 from an ejaculated drop (of sperm),
# مِن نُّطْفَةٍ إِذَا تُمْنَى 46
53:47 and that upon Him is the second creation
# وَأَنَّ عَلَيْهِ النَّشْأَةَ الأُخْرَى 47
53:48 and that it is He who gives riches and causes to hoard,
# وَأَنَّهُ هُوَ أَغْنَى وَأَقْنَى 48
53:49 and that He is the Lord of (the star) Sirius,
# وَأَنَّهُ هُوَ رَبُّ الشِّعْرَى 49
53:50 that it was He that destroyed ancient Aad
# وَأَنَّهُ أَهْلَكَ عَاداً الأُولَى 50
53:51 and Thamood, sparing no one,
# وَثَمُودَ فَمَا أَبْقَى 51
53:52 and before them the nation of Noah, they exceeded in evil and were insolent.
# وَقَوْمَ نُوحٍ مِّن قَبْلُ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا هُمْ أَظْلَمَ وَأَطْغَى 52
53:53 He plunged the villages
# وَالْمُؤْتَفِكَةَ أَهْوَى 53
53:54 so that there came upon them that which came.
# فَغَشَّاهَا مَا غَشَّى 54
53:55 So which then of your Lord's favors do you dispute?
# فَبِأَيِّ آلاءِ رَبِّكَ تَتَمَارَى 55
53:56 This is a warner from the warners of ancient times.
# هَذَا نَذِيرٌ مِّنَ النُّذُرِ الأُولَى 56
53:57 The imminent is near at hand;
# أَزِفَتِ الآزِفَةُ 57
53:58 none except Allah can disclose it.
# لَيْسَ لَهَا مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ كَاشِفَةٌ 58
53:59 Do you marvel then at this discourse (the Koran)?
# أَفَمِنْ هَذَا الحَدِيثِ تَعْجَبُونَ 59
53:60 Or do you laugh, and do you not weep
# وَتَضْحَكُونَ وَلاَ تَبْكُونَ 60
53:61 while you are thoughtless?
# وَأَنْتُمْ سَامِدُونَ 61
53:62 Rather, prostrate to Allah and worship Him.
# فَاسْجُدُوا لِلَّهِ وَاعْبُدُوا 62
